By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 538/2025 dated 02.06.2025, registered under Sections 309(4)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Lahori Gate, District North, Delhi.

applicant has been discharged in respect of some of the sections originally mentioned in the chargesheet. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to the applicant to approach the Sessions Court afresh.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case or on any proposed application before the Sessions Court, which may be considered by the Sessions Court in accordance with law.
