% 18.09.2025 CS(OS) 250/2023 with I.A. 22975/2025 (under Order XXIII Rule 1(1) CPC) 1.

I.A. 22975/2025 has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the present suit. 2.

It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes vide Settlement Deed dated 10th September, 2025. The settlement deed has been filed along with the application.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit.

Counsel for the defendant does not oppose the request. 5.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 50% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870. CS(OS) 646/2023 with I.A. 22974/2025 (under Order XXIII Rule 1(1) CPC) and CS(OS) 856/2023 with I.A. 22976/2025. 8.

I.A. 22974/2025 and I.A. 22976/2025 have been filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the captioned two suits.

It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes vide settlement deed dated 8th September, 2025. The settlement deed has been filed along with the applications.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suits. i.e. CS(OS) 646/2023 and CS(OS) 856/2023. 11.
