The present writ petition has been filed seeking to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the respondent no.2, who is stated to be an employee of respondent/MCD.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has pointed out that the jurisdiction to entertain such a request vests with the Central Administrative Tribunal ('CAT').

Hence, this Court cannot entertain the present petition. 4.

In view of the above, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach CAT.
