% 23.03.2017 Petitioner has prayed that respondent no.1 be directed to complete the investigation within a reasonable period and submit the police report in FIR No.487/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at police station Shahdara ,Delhi. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that investigations are at the fag end and final report will be submitted within four weeks.
