The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.465/2022 under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station Safdarjang Enclave and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the ground that the parties have arrived at a settlement.

recorded by the learned Joint Registrar on 27.01.2025 wherein he has stated that he has voluntarily settled the matter without any pressure, threat or coercion subject to release of the demand draft which was paid to him. 5.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2/complainant, on instructions, submits that the demand draft stands encashed and the respondent no.2 has no objection in case aforesaid FIR is quashed.

In view of the above, the aforesaid FIR No.465/2022 under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station Safdarjang Enclave alongwith all other proceedings emanating therefrom, is quashed.
