The appellant, who is duly identified by the concerned I.O., appears through VC along with his sister, Ms. Priyanka Kaushik. 2.

Mr. Harsh Prabhkar, learned counsel for the Appellant, submits that he had a telephonic conversation with the appellant and his sister, and has instructions to state that the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal on merits, as he has already undergone the entire substantive as well as default sentence. The appellant, through VC, also makes the same submission.

The nominal roll of the appellant, dated 27.07.2025, under the signatures of Superintendent of Prison, Central Jail No.3, Tihar, New Delhi, is on record. undergone his entire substantive sentence, as well as the default sentence of 4 months simple imprisonment on account of non-payment of fine, and upon completion of both, the appellant was released from jail on 14.03.2023. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, this appeal being not pressed is accordingly disposed of.
