Mr. Tarang Srivastava, the learned APP appearing for the State submits that the respondent has expired and his death has been verified by the concerned SHO from the office of the Sub-Registrar (Birth & Death) on 30.04.2025. He submits that the report of the Police Station, Najafgarh, New Delhi dated 03.05.2025 is also on record, thus, the petition has become infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, as the respondent has expired, the present petition has become infructuous.
