The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs:- "a. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ, order, direction directing the Respondents to ensure that the Petitioner is allowed to visit and meet his minor son and to allow daily communication through phone calls and/or video calls, until the custody and visitation rights are decided in the Guardianship petition in case no. GP/65/2025;

b. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ, order, direction to the Respondent no. 2 for restraining Respondent No. 2 from obstructing visitation by the Petitioner so that no further unlawful infringement of the fundamental rights of the Petitioner Father and his The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Principal Judge, Family Court, Karkardooma to expeditiously decide the Petitioner's Application for Urgent Ad-interim Visitation pending in Guardianship Petition No. GP/65/2025 within four weeks from the date of this order;

d. Award costs to Petitioner.

e. Pass such other/further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in paramount welfare interests of minor."

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

A perusal of the record would indicate that the prayer made herein, is also made before the Family Court, Karkardooma. The matter is pending before the Family Court and is now coming up for hearing on 29.01.2026. 4.

Let the petitioner to re-agitate the issue before the Family Court, Karkardooma, New Delhi. The said Court is directed to decide the petitioner's application with due expedition without any further delay. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
