The petitioner has filed the present petition praying that FIR No.569/2013 under Section 420 of the IPC registered with PS Burari and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

It is stated that although the said FIR was lodged in the year 2013, a chargesheet has not been filed till date.

Ms. Rao, learned ASCstates that investigation has been completed and the chargesheet would be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

In in view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to quash the FIR in question.
