% 27.11.2019 This appeal is against the judgment dated 06.08.2018 modified vide order dated 14.08.2018 whereby the suit of the plaintiff was decreed. It is stated by both the counsels the matter has now been amicably settled between the parties and the sale deed has been executed by the appellant in favour of respondent for the first floor of the subject property. The only dispute now left is qua separate electricity and water connections for 1st floor. The appellant does not have any objection qua grant of separate electricity and water connection to the respondent by the concerned departments. The respondent is hereby directed to apply for separate electricity and water connection within two weeks from today. The NOC in this regard shall be given by the appellant herein, as and when called upon by the respondent. The appellant is present in the Court and agrees she would co-operate the respondent in installation

of separate water and electricity connections and till the grant of such connection she would allow the respondent to use her facilities from the appellant's meter and the appellant may install sub-meter(s) to charge the respondent for availing such facilities, as per actuals. The appeal stands disposed of in terms of above. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
