W.P.(C) 123/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to enable the petitioner file a reply to the communication dated December 1/2, 2015.

In view of the statement, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Authority concerned to consider the reply and pass appropriate as expeditiously as possible.

The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order, if the same is to the petitioner's prejudice in accordance with law. Dasti to learned counsel for both the parties. CM No.543/2016 In view of the order passed in the writ petition, the present application is dismissed as infructuous.
