% 25.09.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for extension of parole for three months on the ground that the petitioner has donated his kidney to his brother namely Pankaj Kumar Mishra.

Status report has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has donated his kidney to his brother on 22.08.2019 and he has been advised rest for one month.

The said averment has been verified by the Station House Officer, Police Station: South Rohini, Delhi.

Learned ASC states that she has no objection if the parole of the petitioner is extended.

Heard.

In view of the above facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a further period of two months on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 03.07.2019.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
