Pursuant to directions issued by the Court on 29.01.2025, Appellant appears in person and is identified by counsel for Respondent No.2. Appellant submits that out of his own free will and without any pressure and undue coercion he wishes to withdraw this appeal in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn recording the stand of the Appellant. Since the Appellant is withdrawing the appeal, the sum of Rs.10 Lacs will be retained by him.
