O R D E R

% 14.01.2020 These petitions have been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 20.09.2019 passed by the Appellate Authority under The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, by which the petitioners have been directed to be evicted from the property bearing No.B-164, First Floor, (wrongly mentioned in the Impugned Order as ground floor), Chattarpur Enclave, Phase-II, New Delhi within 30 days of the issue of the said order. The petitioners, that is Ms.Shikha Abrol and Mr.Vikrant Abrol,

are present in Court. They are identified by their respective counsels. Similarly, the respondents Mr.Pawan Kumar Sahnan and Ms.Vijay Abrol are also present in person. They have also been identified by their counsel.

The parties have entered into a settlement whereunder the petitioners undertake to this Court that they would vacate the property in dispute within 20 days from today. Mr.Pawan Kumar Sahnan would hand over an amount of Rs.7.5 lacs to each of the petitioners, that is Ms.Shikha Abrol and Mr.Vikrant Abrol, at the time of their handing over the peaceful and vacant possession of the abovementioned property.

The parties shall also ensure harmony and shall not create any further cause of complaints against each other. Both the parties further undertake to co-operate with each other in withdrawal /quashing of the complaints/FIRs filed against each other in accordance with law.

The petitions are disposed of recording the above terms of settlement and binding the parties thereto.
