% 15.02.2016 This is a suit for partition and injunction valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that two of the suit properties are situated at Mangolpuri which fall under the jurisdiction of District North-West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (NorthWest), Rohini, Delhi on 21.07.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
