CS(OS) No.266/2014 It is submitted that present suit is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, hence suit be transferred to the District Judge in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that suit be transferred to the District Judge (North East District), Karkardooma Courts Complex,

Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (North East District), Karkardooma Courts Complex, Delhi on 27th January, 2016. Registry to transmit the file to the said court forthwith. A.K. PATHAK, J.
