Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks the quashing of the FIR No. 445/2018 PS Moti Nagar, FIR No. 445/2018 registered under Sections 287/337 of the of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the basis of a settlement deed dated 27.7.2019 between the petitioner and the respondent No.2. In terms of the proceedings dated 17.12.2019, the State has submitted the copy of the charge sheet dated 2.3.2020 along with the copy of the MLC and the copy of the Mechanical Inspection Report conducted in the matter which are taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage seeks to withdraw the petition which is thus dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.
