The petitioner challenges the refusal of the Sub-Registrar to register the sale deed.

Learned counsel, appearing for the Sub-Registrar, on advance instructions submits that there is a binding direction by the other Court and therefore, the document cannot be registered. 3.

If that be so, let the reasons for non registration of the petitioner's documents be intimated to the petitioner with due expedition. If the respondents- Sub Registrar does so, the petitioner, thereafter, shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
