There is no appearance for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the sole Arbitrator, Mr.Mukesh Jagota, has been appointed to resolve the dispute between the parties. If that be so, the interim order dated January 8, 2016 is confirmed till the pendency of the arbitral proceedings. The respondents shall be at liberty to seek the vacation, variation, modification of the order before the learned Arbitrator, by filing an appropriate application.

The petition is disposed of.
