"...a) issue of writ of mandamus or any other writ similar in nature directing the respondents to consider the sent continual assignment revaluation rechecking and correction of total marks and to take admission in third semester and issued admit card of petitioner for appearing in the third semester examination held on 27.01.2023.

b) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ similar in nature directing the Respondents to allow the petitioner to appear for the examination which were be held from 27.01.2023..." 6.

Having heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of both the parties, respondent no. 1 is directed to treat this writ petition filed by the petitioner as a representation, in addition to a representation already given by him, and the same shall be decided within one week under intimation to the petitioner. Needless to state, in case of any remaining grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court. 7.
