% 10.03.2017 Mr.Rakesh Munjal, learned senior counsel for respondent no.2 states that notification dated 17th September, 2016 challenged by the petitioner has been stayed by the Supreme Court in WP(C) No.1023/2016 vide order dated 3rd March, 2017. He further states that in view of order of the Supreme Court, the petitioner shall be permitted to appear in CLAT Examination. In view of the fact that the matter is pending consideration before the Supreme Court, the writ petition and the application are disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Supreme Court by way of an appropriate petition/application.
