The present petition alleges wilful disobedience/non-compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 28.11.2025, passed in W.P.(C) 18123/2025. The operative directions contained therein are as under: "5. Considering the aforesaid, the respondent no.3 is requested to decide the Representation dated 28.10.2025 of the petitioner by a well reasoned order at the earliest opportunity, preferably within a period of six weeks, after receipt thereof and also after hearing the parties.
6. Needless to say, the recoveries towards (excess) licence fee made by the petitioner shall be subject to outcome of the aforesaid representation.
7. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions."

informs that, in line with the aforesaid order dated 28.11.2025, an eviction order which had been issued on 22.12.2025 against the petitioner, has been withdrawn.

It is further informed that an order, in line with the aforesaid order dated 28.11.2025, has also been passed qua the representation of the petitioner, on 12.01.2026.

It is further submitted that further steps, as may be required, shall be taken after an opportunity of hearing is afforded to the petitioner by respondent no.3 (Estate Officer).

In light of the aforesaid, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. The same is accordingly, disposed of. 6.
Needless to say, all legal rights and remedies of the petitioner are reserved.
