Ms.Sonia Yadav, the appellant in person, submits that the parties have entered into a settlement through a Memorandum of Understanding (in short, 'MoU') dated 23.04.2025, executed before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi. She prays that in terms of the said Settlement/MoU, the appeal be permitted to be withdrawn.

The appellant has been identified by the learned counsel for the respondent.

The respondent is also present in person in Court and he also accepts that the parties have entered into the aforesaid MoU/settlement.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
