The present appeal has already been decided by judgment dated 05th December, 2018. However, in the said judgment, certain directions were issued to the Jail Superintendent for adopting measures for reformation and rehabilitation of the Appellant. In the said judgment, the Jail Superintendent was also directed to submit a bi-annual report to this Court till the date of the release of the Appellant. Pursuant to this direction, bi-annual reports have been received, as can be noticed from orders passed from time to time. 2.

No further directions are required to be passed. In case further biannual reports are received, the matter be listed before the Court. 3.
