By order dated 16.01.2023, it was recorded that learned counsel for the appellants was discharged and it was directed that Court notice would be issued to the legal representatives of the original appellant. 2.

In RFA 296/2019, the Registry reports that appellant Nos. 1 (a), (b), (d), (e) and (f) have been served and appellant No. 1 (c) has died. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1, states that appellant No. 2 and respondent No. 2 have also died, and no further steps for substitution have been taken.

In RFA 431/2019, the Registry reports that appellant No. 1(a) has expired and appellant Nos. 1(b) - (f) have been served. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 states that respondent No. 2 has also died, and no steps have been taken for substitution of the deceased appellant or the deceased respondent.

In these circumstances, the appeals, alongwith pending applications, are dismissed for non-prosecution.
