% 23.01.2020 The matter has been placed before this Court on an Office Note dated 22.01.2020. This Court vide judgment dated 19.12.2019 had appointed a retired ADJ as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The Registry has pointed out on information received from the counsel that the name of the learned ADJ is Mr. Rakesh Siddhartha and not Rakesh Satyarthi and there is a typographical error in the order. The judgment dated 19.12.2019 is modified to read as under: "6. With the consent of the parties, Shri Rakesh Siddhartha, is hereby appointed as Arbitrator to conduct further proceedings."

The order passed today will be read along with the judgment dated 19.12.2019.
