% 13.08.2025 CM APPL. 49639/2025 By way of the present joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the appellant and respondent submit, that they have amicably settled the matter in terms contained in Deed of Settlement dated 17.04.2025. A copy of the same is appended to the application. 2.

Learned counsel for parties have joined the proceedings via videoconferencing alongwith the appellant and respondent; and confirm the terms of the deed of settlement.

In view of the above, the terms contained in Deed of Settlement dated 17.04.2025 are taken on record.

The decree dated 16.09.2023 is accordingly modified, in accordance with the terms contained in the deed of settlement. 5.

The application is disposed-of.
