O R D E R

% 30.11.2016 We are informed that pursuant to the order dated 3rd August, 2016 certain books of accounts of the partnership firm had been forwarded to the learned receiver appointed by this Court. The records were not complete.

However, the Executing Court has passed an order on 24th November, 2016 directing the Judgment Debtors to serve a soft copy of the entire documents to learned counsel for the Decree Holders within a period of one week from the date of the said order. The documents are to be furnished in terms of

the order of the Executing Court. The impugned award has assumed finality in view of dismissal of the Special Leave Petition filed by respondent No.1.

The execution proceedings are in progress.

The balance deposit lying with the Registrar General of this Court will abide by orders in execution.

The Contempt petition is disposed of.
