The parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ("Mediation Centre") via order dated 29th April, 2025.

The parties have arrived at a settlement before the Mediation Centre. 3.

The Settlement Agreement dated 29th August, 2025, (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement") has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the petitioner and the respondent.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

In terms of the settlement, the Registry is directed to release a sum of ₹45,00,000/- in favour of the respondent. The remaining amount along with accrued interest shall be released in favour of the petitioner. 6.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
