% 28.05.2018 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that cheque for Rs.92,624/- is ready and shall be deposited with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the judgment dated 18th April, 2018 during the course of the day. List for disbursement of the compensation amount on 6th July, 2018. Respondent No.1 shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing along with the documents mentioned in para 10 of the judgment dated 18th April, 2018.

The amended memo of parties be filed within three days. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
