% 21.01.2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No. 430/2016, PS Jyoti Nagar registered under Sections 323/341/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition which is thus dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
