% 24.01.2018 Counsel appearing for East Delhi Municipal Corporation /respondent no.3 submits that in case the petitioner carries on his vending activity at the site mentioned in the licence, copy of which is filed at page 37 of the paper book, his possession would not be disturbed. Based on the statement so made by the counsel for respondent no.3, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn binding the respondent no.3 to the statement made by their counsel in Court today. C.M.735/2018 Application stands disposed of in view of the order passed in the writ petition.
