Vide order dated 07.01.2025, the Hon'ble court inter alia has directed as under:

".....

2. The respondent workman has appeared personally and affirms the settlement according to which the amount of ₹.3,25,000/- deposited with this court by the petitioner be released to him with interest. The respondent workman affirms that no further amount is due and payable to him by the petitioner.....

4. Respondent shall appear before the Registrar for release of the abovesaid amount....."

The respondent is personally present in the court today and requests for release of the amount of ₹.3,25,000/- to him along with the accrued interest in terms of the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble court. The statement of respondent has been recorded separately and he has also been identified by his counsel. In view of the aforesaid, Registrar (B&A) is directed to remit the deposited amount along with accrued interest to respondent bank account, after due verification. The details of the bank account of the respondent is provided in his statement.
