O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance as regards the alleged unauthorised construction being carried out at property measuring 290 Sq. Yds., bearing no. A-50, Okhla Vihar, New Delhi-110025. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD who appears on advanced notice submits that as regards the alleged unauthorised constructions in the aforesaid property, appropriate action has already been initiated. He further submits that if any unauthorised construction is found in the aforesaid property, requisite steps for demolition of the unauthorised construction in the property shall be duly taken in accordance with law. 3.

Binding the MCDto the aforesaid statement, the present petition stands disposed of.

MCD shall also take steps to ensure that if any unauthorised construction is being currently carried out, the same is put to an immediate halt.
