A report of the Additional Sessions Judge has been received and perused. As per the report, the delay in disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition No.16/2015 titled as 'Madhur Mittal & Anr. vs. State' is primarily for the reason that there are number of investors with different counsels who are appearing and demanding adjournments for filing their respective written statements.

Be that as it may, even if there are number of complaints/investors, the learned Trial Court is required to see that the counsels appear before the Court, file the vakalatnama on the first date or at best on the adjourned date and replies if any are filed expeditiously.

It is hoped and expected that the learned Additional Sessions Judge would make his best endeavour to dispose of the Crl. Rev. Petition No. 16/2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months.
