Applicant-Ruby seeks regular bail in FIR No. 359/2021 dated 22.10.2021, for commission of offences under Sections 376/506 of IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, registered at P.S. Sarita Vihar.

She is, reportedly, in custody since 12.11.2021 and learned counsel for applicant submits that the victim has already been examined and she has not whispered even a single word against the applicant. 3.

The copy of the testimony of the applicant has also been placed on record which does indicate that she has not come up with any allegation against the applicant-Ruby.

Victim is, reportedly, now married and her mother has joined the proceedings through video conferencing and leaves it to the Court to pass the appropriate order in the present bail application. 5.

Keeping in mind that the applicant is in custody since 12.11.2021, and her clean antecedents along with the fact that the victim has already been examined and has not made any allegation against applicant, she is admitted BAIL APPLN. 273/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
