The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) Pass a Writ/Order and/or directions in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to release of monthly pension against the PF Account No.MH/35105/D/62 in respect of Shri Narendra Prasad Sharma as eligible with effect from 27.01.2016 and thereof also release the arrear of pension from 27.01.2016 along with 12% interest per annum and also direct to release the Provident Fund balance lying the in account of Petitioner.
(b) Pass further writs, orders and/or directions in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents especially respondent No. 2 to grant relief /benefit of EPF in terms of the para 12 of the Monthly Pension Scheme 1995 with effect from 27.01.2016 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. along with interest@ 12% as provided under Para 17A of the Scheme to be calculated from the date of default in making the payment of the Monthly Pension to the Petitioner. (c) Pass such further and other orders and directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

After some length of arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, does not press the instant writ petition on merit and seeks an innocuous prayer to approach the concerned authority for expeditious disposal of his case. For this purpose, the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to file a fresh application/representation alongwith the necessary documents required by respondent No.2/EPFO before the concerned authority.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents has no objection to the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5.
After perusal of the record, contentions made in the petition as well as the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and no objection from the respondents, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. 6.
The petitioner is at liberty to file a representation alongwith the requisite documents before the concerned authority within four weeks from today. After receiving the said representation, the concerned authority is directed to pass a speaking order in accordance with law, expeditiously. 7.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
