Apropos, the order dated 24.09.2025 and the subsequent orders passed by this Court, learned (senior) counsel for the parties submit that affidavit of undertaking on behalf of both the petitioners have since been filed. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has handed over a Demand Draft dated 08.12.2025 of Rs.15,000/- drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Chawari Bazar, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110 006 to the respondent towards user and occupation charges for the month of December, 2025. He submits that rest of the payments shall be directly remitted into the bank account of the respondent on before the 7th day of each month, details of which has been provided by the respondent.

As such, in view of the order dated 24.09.2025 and the subsequent orders passed by this Court as also the affidavit of undertaking filed, there is nothing remaining in the present petition.
