1. Issue notice. Ms.Jyoti Tyagi, counsel for the respondent No.1 accepts notice. The limited grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is that learned Additional District Judge, Sahadara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi with whom with reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act,1894 is pending since 2015, has not disposed of the petition despite repeated directions given by this Court.
2. The petitioner, who is present in person states that neither parties have sought adjournments before the learned Additional District Judge but the matter is being adjourned on account of pendency of cases.
3. Considering the facts of the present case that the petitioners' reference is
pending since May, 2015, we direct the concerned learned Additional District Judge to positively dispose of the petitioners' reference within the next three months.
4. This order be given dasti to the petitioners for being brought to the notice of the learned Additional District Judge along with the application filed by the petitioners. Parties shall neither seek nor shall they be granted any adjournments.
