% 01.11.2019 Petitioner impugns order dated 10.08.2016 whereby the appeal of the petitioner impugning order dated 04.03.2014 of the Appellate Tribunal praying for desealing of the subject property was dismissed. Order dated 11.04.2019 notices the submission of the learned counsel for NDMC that property has been sealed in terms of orders of the Monitoring Committee appointed by the Supreme Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the petition stating that the petitioner shall be approaching the Monitoring Committee and/or the Supreme court for appropriate orders.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in view of the above submission.
