This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the minor child of the petitioner.

thereafter. The petitioner has also filed proceedings under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, which are stated to be pending before the Competent Court.

In view of the above facts, we do not deem it fit to entertain the present petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of his remedies in accordance with law. 5.
