HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN

O R D E R

% 15.04.2026 1.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the challenge in the present petition was merely to the order dated 28.07.2022 whereby the learned Trial Court had denied them to confront PW18 with his deposition recorded before the Commission of Inquiry.

2.

It is submitted that present petition is now rendered infructuous as learned Trial Court has held the petitioner guilty and convicted him on 30.01.2026 and order on sentence has been pronounced on 09.02.2026. They submit that present petition may be disposed of as not pressed and they would raise the contentions made herein as and when an appeal is filed.

3.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. MANOJ JAIN, J APRIL 15, 2026/dr/sy The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 20/04/2026 at 11:32:29
