This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 22.04.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 966/2024, titled Avanish Kumar v. Staff Selection Commission Through its Chairman & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the O.A. filed by the respondent herein, by passing a most cryptic order, merely placing reliance on its earlier Order passed in O.A No. 597/2024, titled Deepak Yadav v. Staff Selection Commission & Ors., without any discussion of the facts of the present case in the Impugned Order.

We, therefore, set aside the Impugned Order and remand the matter back to the learned Tribunal for fresh consideration in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. accordance with the law governing examination of Medical Board reports in the recruitment process.

The parties shall appear before the learned Tribunal on 15th September, 2025.

The learned Tribunal shall consider the O.A. afresh, remaining uninfluenced by its earlier order.

The learned Tribunal shall endeavour to expedite the hearing of the O.A. and decide the same within a period of two months of its listing.

The petition, along with the pending application is, accordingly, disposed of.
