Learned counsel for the MCD draws attention to the fact that an appeal has been filed by the petitioner against the demolition order dated 07.05.2019 passed under Section 343 of the DMC Act, 1957 whereby the owner/occupier was directed to demolish the alleged unauthorized construction in the property bearing No.F-52 (East Side) Gali No.10, Brahmpuri, Delhi.

The appeal before the ATMCD is stated to be coming up for hearing on 27.02.2024.
