O R D E R

% 16.03.2017 Status report has been tendered in Court and taken on record. The name of the petitioner has been removed from surveillance and the history sheet has been downgraded to Bundle-A to Bundle-B. The status report further states that no Beat Officer shall visit the petitioner for regular checking.

Ms. Vohra submits that gradually the name of the petitioner shall be removed from Bundle-B, in case she is not found to be involved in any other criminal activity.

It is seen that the last involvement of the petitioner was way back in

2002, i.e. about 15 years ago. She has been acquitted in all the thirteen cases in which she was involved and the last of these acquittals came in the year 2012. Since the petitioner is over 50 years of age now, and is married with three children, who are also grown-up and married, the DCP concerned is directed to review the case of the petitioner for removing her name from Bundle-B as well, latest within one year from today.
