O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in processing the petitioners' application for refund of court fee.

Vide order dated 28.11.2024, it was noticed that the petitioner no(s). 1 and 2 had already received their refund from the respondent no.3 i.e. SDM, Vivek Vihar, Delhi. During the course of hearing today, it is informed that the requisite refund of the court fee has also been given to the petitioner no.3. The same is affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

As such, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. In the circumstances, no further order/s are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

Since the concerned SDM has taken the necessary steps to grant of refund to the petitioners, the requirement to file counter-affidavit in the matter is obviated. Consequently, there is no occasion for payment of any cost as directed vide order dated 17.09.2024.
