These petitions have been filed by the petitioners praying inter-alia for quashing of recovery orders/letters issued by respondents. 2.
We are of the view that the subject matter of the writ petitions shall lie before the Central Administrative Tribunal ("CAT"). 3.
On this, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petitions to approach the CAT on or before 31.01.2026. 4.
If that be so, we make it clear that till 31.01.2026, no recovery shall be effected from the salary of the petitioners. 5.
These petitions along with pending applications are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Suffice to state that this Court has not expressed itself on the merits of the issues raised by the petitioners in these petitions. V.
