% 08.01.2020 CRL.M.A. 142/2020 (by the petitioner for extension of interim bail) 1.

The present application has been filed seeking extension of interim bail based on a medical prescription certificate dated 05.01.2020 given by Dr. Ashish Kr. Gupta, Sai Poly Clinic & Diagnostic Centre with respect to fracture in 3rd fibula on left leg.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the aforesaid prescription, the plaster after being removed, was re-applied and four weeks bed rest was advised to the petitioner.

Doubting the authenticity of the aforesaid certificate, the petitioner was directed to approach Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital, Shastri Park, New Delhi where he had gone at the first instance on 18.11.2019. The petitioner was examined in the presence of the Investigating Officer and after removing the cast and considering the latest X-ray report, the concerned BAIL APPLN. 2588/2019

doctor has opined that there has been a complete union of the fracture distal fibula and observed "clinically united fracture distal 3rd fibula". 4.
