The present writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 13.06.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1792/2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the orders passed by this Court on 18.01.2024 dismissing a batch of connected writ petitions, including W.P.(C) No.451/2024, he does not wish to press the present writ petition, and will instead raise all the grounds as raised in the present petition before learned Tribunal in the pending O.A. 3.

The writ petition, is accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
