% 21.10.2019 On perusal of report dated 21.09.2019 received from the Office of the Senior Medical Officer Dispensary, Central Jail No.10, Rohini, New Delhi, the petitioner is getting treatment for the diseases that he is suffering. Accordingly, I find no ground to grant interim bail to the applicant. The application is dismissed.

In view of above said order, the concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to get the treatment of the petitioner from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
